RUKO ULTIMATECUT Countersink set 4S BOOST similar DIN 335, 90HSS RUnaTEC 5pce Made from high-quality high-speed steel (HSS), the ULTIMATECUT countersink 4S BOOST has
four cutting edges instead of three. The distribution of the forces acting on the four cutting edges
noticeably reduces the axial and radial forces and guarantees extremely smooth and material-
friendly operation of the tool thanks to the uneven distribution. The 4S BOOST countersink not
only ensures a perfect countersink pattern without chatter marks, but also particularly effortless
and material-friendly working with up to 50% time savings and up to 3 times longer tool life.
Additionally, for the first time, the newly developed cutting technology even allows countersinking
with diameters of up to 40 mm to be carried out with hand-held screwdriving and drilling tools.
The tool works with the same precision in drill presses as it does in CNC-controlled machining cen-
ters. The 3-surface shank ensures a secure hold in the drill chuck and optimum power transmission.
